Diosa Creative was born out of ambition, timing, and a little bit of “why not us?".

Nickie and I met on our very first day at a Houston event agency; same start date, same drive, and a shared office that quickly turned into a creative hub. That experience sharpened us. We learned how brands operate, how large-scale events come together, and what it takes to execute at a high level. It didn’t just shape our skill sets — it fueled our desire to build something of our own.

Today, Giselle leads as Founder & CEO with a structured, organized, and strategy-driven creative approach, building content that is as intentional as it is eye-catching. Nickie leads as our Director of Client Experience & Events, bringing big-picture vision, seamless planning, and unforgettable brand experiences to life. Together, we merge sharp creative with world-class execution — helping brands stand out, connect, and convert. We don’t just make content… we create experiences that move people.

Hi there! I’m Giselle, the founder of Diosa Creative Agency, a Social Media Marketing Agency based out of Texas.
I am a social media manager, content/UGC creator with over 8 years experience. I have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in International Business. Originally from Dallas, I moved to Houston to pursue creative freedom!

Hello! I’m Nickie, a content creator, social media manager, and event planner with 5+ years of experience in creative marketing and brand development. Originally from New Orleans and now based in Houston. I have a passion for digital storytelling to craft memorable experiences both online and in person. I help brands and businesses connect authentically with their audiences through engaging content, curated events, and community campaigns.
